If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days of receiving your item. Buyer pays shipping cost to send back to us (the seller).
If your item is lost in the mail please contact me and we will work something out.

We ship on or before the allotted shipping time by USPS first class package. All items are packaged with speed and care!

Buyers are responsible for any custom charges that may apply in your country. It is your responsibility to know before you purchase an item whether or not you will have to pay customs fees. I have only heard of people having to pay customs fees in the UK but, please if you do not want to pay any more fees get in contact with your local mail office.
